Oche, an Oslo-based hospitality concept, inked a 10-year lease to take over the former Cibo Wine Bar in South Beach, The Real Deal has learned. Oche is leasing the 12,000-square-foot space at 200 South Pointe Drive, near the Continuum towers, according to Brown Harris Stevens Miami President Phil Gutman.

The three-story space, to be called Oche Miami Beach, will include an outdoor courtyard and rooftop terrace, and will offer booths with dart games and food and beverage table service, according to a release.

Brown Harris Stevens Miami, along with Felix Benderksy of F+B Hospitality Group, represented the landlord, Continuum developer Ian Bruce Eichner. Pablo Camposano, Jonathan Carter and Dave Preston of Colliers International South Florida represented Oche.

Cibo closed in May 2019 in South Beach, but still has a location open on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.

Oche Miami Beach is expected to open this summer, Gilles Gillesen, president of Oche Miami, said in a statement. Oche has locations in Brisbane, Australia and in Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The dart club concept is planning “an aggressive expansion” throughout the country, according to the release.

In November, Eichner reduced the price of his Continuum South Beach penthouse by about 20 percent to $39.9 million. Eichner is founder of the New York-based Continuum Company, which delivered the two-tower condo development at 50 and 100 South Pointe Drive in 2003.
